The objectives of this course enables delegates to:- Identify hazards and follow safe systems of work- Demonstrate that they have the necessary practical skills and the knowledge to do their work effectively and efficiently- Meet the requirements to gain a 'Construction Plant Competence Scheme' (CPCS)Level 2 VQ Units:- Slinging and signalling the movement of suspended loads- Confrom to general workplace health, safety and welfare- Confrom to productive work practicesThis training / qualification is the route which a delegate must complete to upgrade from a CPCS red trained operator card to a CPCS blue competent operator card.
