The Human Element Leadership and Management (HELM) course is designed to meet the mandatory requirements for training in the human element, leadership and management - management level as set out in Regulations II and III of the International Convention on Standards of Training, Certification and Watchkeeping for Seafarers (STCW). This course provides students with an understanding of the key human factors influencing effective Leadership and Management capability.

The liquid cargo handling simulator course (LCHS/ LICOS) provides hands-on experience to operational and management personnel working on ship/offshore/terminal with immediate responsibility for loading, discharging, care in transit or handling of bulk oil, chemical and liquefied gas cargoes. It simulates real-time process flow control systems used in the storage and bulk transfer of oil/chemical/liquefied gas cargoes.
