FOUNDATION APPRENTICESHIP Level 5 Construction Tues Thurs

Course description

This course is for S4 to S6 students keen to study the construction trade. The L5 Foundation Apprenticeship is designed for learners who are currently working at level 5 at school in construction related subjects, to enhance their skills. It offers learners a route to working directly with an employer via a project-based learning experience and enables them to develop both technical and meta-skills via a work-based project.

You’ll find out about the construction industry and the skills involved in a variety of trades, and gain SQA credits too.

Learning outcome

Education: Progression to the other Construction course level 5/6 programme at college, or an apprenticeship in the construction industry.
