This is an introductory science course for those who wish to begin their journey in a science related field. You will develop your scientific knowledge and gain essential laboratory skills which can lead onto the NQ science level 6 course delivered at West Lothian College.
You will learn through a combination of taught classes, group work and practical laboratory experience. You will develop your communication and ICT skills which will also prepare you for further study at SCQF level 6.
Learning outcome
Education: NQ science level 6.
Employment: opportunities in the life science sector.
