This course introduces you to hospitality and gives you the skills you need for progressing into employment in the industry, or further or higher study. It’s for anyone thinking about a career in the hospitality industry or who wants to progress to travel and tourism, or professional cookery courses.

You will gain experience working in a professional kitchen and planning and organising events.
