Course description

If you are an S5 or S6 student with an interest in early learning and childcare, this course will give you the skills and knowledge to develop a career in the sector.

The course covers:

  • Child development
  • Child development: theory
  • Services for children and young people
  • It involves an SQA project and exam. There will also be an opportunity to attend our yearly Childhood Practice Conference
