Course description
This course is for adults who are interested in becoming a primary teacher. If you are interested in applying for this course, you need to meet specific entry criteria that is set out within the entry requirements below.
The course includes:SWAP courses are designed for adult returners to gain both academic and practical skills necessary for higher level study.
As a SWAP East student you would be eligible to apply for a relevant degree at the following universities:
- Stirling University
- Queen Margaret University
- Napier University
- University of Dundee
If at the end of your course you are not quite ready for university you can apply for a range of HNC courses including Childhood Practice and Social Services.
Learning outcome
Education: HNC/HND or year one of a degree-level course.
Entry requirements
If English is not your first language, ESOL Level 5 is an entry requirement for this course.
