Content covered in this course is specially selected to help you succeed in a career in an office environment and includes digital literacy, digital skills and social media. You will also gain first-hand experience of working with cloud based systems and Microsoft Office packages such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

This knowledge combined with learning about finance, communication, social media and web design will provide you with the tools you need to succeed in today’s administration sector.

Entry requirements

  • One higher at C grade or above in a relevant subject (english, administration, business management, economics, mathematics, modern studies); or
  • National Certificate Group Award (with at least three units at Level 6); or
  • Other relevant qualifications or work experience
  • Each applicant is considered on an individual basis and all previous work experience and prior learning will be taken into consideration.
  • Balancing study around work is supported by lecturing staff and anyone with significant work experience is encouraged to apply.

    If English is not your first language, ESOL Level 5 is an entry requirement for this course.
