This course is for those wanting to develop the software skills needed for the expanding software sector. You will learn about software design, object-oriented programming in C#, scripting in Python, techniques to manage/store/process big data, multi-user operating systems, SQL and database design
You have the chance to study as an associate of Edinburgh Napier University, and of direct entry to third year of certain degree courses at Napier.
Learning outcome
Education: third year of degree-level course at Edinburgh Napier University in, BEng software engineering.
Employment: IT technician, helpdesk support technician, trainee programmer or apps designer.
Entry requirements
We also welcome applications from people with relevant experience.
If English is not your first language, ESOL Level 5 is an entry requirement for this course.
