Course description
Psychology studies human behaviour and the reasons for differences between individuals. We offer some of the best teaching in Human Resource Management (HRM) in both Scotland and the UK. The course covers areas such as recruitment and selection, training and developing and managing conflict at work. These are an important part of the management process in all organisations.

Entry requirements
Scottish HNC minimum entry requirements: Pass
HNC Social Sciences: A in Graded Unit; Maths National 5 B, or equivalent
Scottish HND minimum entry requirements: Pass
HND Social Sciences: AAB in Graded Units may enable second-year entry to Psychology with History or Politics & International Relations with six HNC/HND credits in each of the two subjects
Scottish Higher minimum entry requirements: A,A,A,A
Higher English, Maths/Applications of Mathematics National 5 B-C, or equivalent.
