**SPANISH**:- Spanish is the second most widely spoken language in the world and is an official language in more than 20 countries. Staff in Glasgow cover a wide range of topics and you will have the opportunity to work with native speakers from different parts of the Spanish-speaking world.
**ENGLISH LITERATURE**:- You will explore all aspects of literature in English, benefiting from our expertise in a wide range of areas, including American, Irish and postcolonial literatures, critical theory, creative writing, and the relationship between literature and other arts, media and science. You will benefit from access to our world-class Hunterian and Library collections, with strengths in the 18th- and 19th-centuries, travel, illuminated manuscripts and significant single-author holdings.
