Course description

Build on your English communication skills when it comes to reading, writing, listening and speaking. Courses available in Aberdeen and the surrounding area.

This course has been specifically designed by ESOL professionals and it will improve your English so that you can communicate better and feel more confident. You will practise your speaking, listening, reading and writing skills in a positive and supportive environment with experienced teachers. At the same time, you will meet people from all around the world and have fun.

What you will experience

You will have engaging, dynamic, memorable lessons in a friendly and supportive environment covering all or some of the following units:

  • English for Everyday Life
  • English in Work Contexts
  • English in Study Contexts
  • Employability and Enterprise
  • Citizenship / Life in the UK

    Bring Your Own Device (BYOD)

    This course is a Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) programme. This means that you are required to have access to your own laptop computer, netbook or similar device in class each day that you are in college.

    Entry requirements

    You will be tested and placed in a group according to your level of English before the course starts.
    You should be literate in your first language and have achieved ESOL National 2 level (or A1 )or should be working towards ESOL National 3 level (or A2 ) at a minimum.
