Course description
In this one-day workshop, learn how to craft your own afternoon tea from fresh, locally sourced ingredients.
If you have struggled to follow a pastry recipe and the outcome wasn’t quite what you expected, this course will explain step-by-step how to pull together the ingredients and create delicious desserts out of them.
What you will experienceYou will experience a brief on jam making, how to create delicious scones, how to bake some basic cakes, whilst expanding your knowledge on everyday baking.
What you will needYou will need to bring your own apron, an airtight jar and storage containers for taking your cakes home. Please note the cost of core ingredients is covered in the course fee.
