Access to Care & Mental Health

Course description

This course is an opportunity for individuals who have a genuine interest in Care and Mental Health to study at SCQF level 3 to 4. The course will include a variety of units including an Introduction to Mental Health, Core Skills, Introduction to health sector, childcare, wellbeing and psychology.

Learning outcome

The course is designed for progression to a Level 4 or 5 Health and Social Care course or for applicants to seek employment within the care sector following successful completion.
