MSc Business Strategy, Leadership and Change has been developed by leading academics within the Edinburgh Business School to provide a forward-thinking, cutting-edge programme of study that focuses on key challenges that leaders and managers face in the modern business environment.

**This is a Conversion MSc**

MSc Business Strategy, Leadership and Change is a conversion degree programme led by academics from Edinburgh Business School. It introduces the study of business and management to graduates and professionals from non-management backgrounds who wish to enhance their careers.

This degree introduces vital business knowledge to those with limited academic experience in the subject and provides an opportunity to develop versatile strategic management skills in just one year of study. Coupled with specialist learning in change management and leadership, this programme aims to complement existing knowledge and prepare graduates for a career shift or management role.

As a result, the courses on this MSc degree will develop key skills in highly employable areas of management including business strategy, leadership, project management, change management, quality management and inventory planning.

You will learn how to critically evaluate and implement the theories, concepts and techniques of business strategy, leadership and change. By applying this knowledge to practical contexts through industry-focused, case-study led projects, you will learn how to develop successful business strategies, leadership styles and change management programmes.

Ultimately, this Masters degree will help you understand how to think strategically and be a successful leader. It will equip you with theoretical tools and practical skills you need to forge a successful career as an entrepreneur or in a range of senior management positions.

**Programme duration**

The full-time MSc business course starts in mid September and lasts one year. The course can also be taken part-time over two years, or as a nine month Postgraduate Diploma.

Full-time: 12 months/9 months (MSc/PG Diploma)

Part-time: 24 months/21 months (MSc/PG Diploma)

**Accreditation**

This MSc in Business Strategy, Leadership and Change is accredited by the Chartered Management Institute and successful candidates will be awarded a Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership from the Chartered Management Institute.
