Course description

This HND Administration and Information Technology (with Human Resource Management) course will prepare you with the knowledge and skills you need to find a job in a wide range of administrative and IT roles, or for further study. You will learn about current administrative, business and professional practices, along with gaining the increased digital skills you require for a career in the administrative function of the HR Department.

Entry requirements

  • One Higher pass at band A-C in a relevant* academic subject and a selection of National 5 units or equivalent; or
  • Relevant Foundation Apprenticeship qualification; or 
  • Applications are welcome from those without formal qualifications but who have relevant life/work experience; or 
  • ESOL entry requirements - If English is not your first language you should have a minimum ESOL Higher. 

*relevant academic subjects include Art, English, Administration, Business Management, Economics, Geography, History, Mathematics, Modern Studies, Physical Education or a Science subject
