Course description

Microsoft Project is a powerful project management program that can be used to help build project plans, track work completed and account for variance from a baseline plan. This is a two-day course and is trainer led. The following topics will be covered: Overview of Project Identify and create the work breakdown structure Define and edit project calendars Sequence and create relationships between tasks Set project constraints Filter and sort tasks Set up and assign resources to tasks Create and use a resource pool Allocate costs to tasks Baseline and track projects As well as being open to any individual, this course can be delivered: to meet individual company requirements to company housestyles and templates within company premises specifically to a group or team of staff
