Running and building a successful sales team is no easy feat, especially if youre a founder, a salesperson turned manager, or a manager in the growth phase. This course is designed to help you build a winning sales model for your company by building off of two other prerequisite courses that cover lead generation and the fundamentals of sales.

In this course, youll learn how to evaluate your current sales model, identify areas that need improvement, and develop a process for creating a successful sales team. You will delve into critical aspects such as recruitment, training, coaching, pipeline optimization, CRM, and many others.

Whether you are a seasoned sales professional or a first-time sales manager, this course will provide you with a comprehensive framework for building a successful sales model. By the end of this course, you will be equipped with the knowledge and tools you need to recruit, train, coach, manage, and optimize your sales team effectively.

Learning outcome

Building a successful career in sales management is a challenging task. It requires a deep understanding of sales, as well as the various elements that contribute to success, such as coaching, metrics, technology, lead generation, sales processes, and recruitment. Without this understanding, even the most talented salesperson or manager may struggle to achieve revenue and success in sales management.

This course is designed to help participants develop the skills and knowledge needed to become successful sales managers. Through a comprehensive curriculum, participants will learn what it takes to build a successful sales team and manage a variety of moving parts effectively.
