Course description

Topics covered such as working as part of a team involved in serving food & drink in restaurants, hotels, cafes & takeaways.  The qualification is undertaken within the work place.  There is an enhancement requirement in addition to your qualification which can be one or more of the following:  Basic Health & Safet at Work Certificate; Basic Food Hygiene Certificate; Scottish Certificate for Lisensed Premises Staff - depending on your job role.
