Course description

Higher Mathematics is a flexible course with a choice of delivery methods to suit you. The course will be delivered in our Gardyne Campus each week, one night per week from 6pm-9pm. You can also join this class online or work independently as a distance learner. You will have access to all the materials regardless of study method and there will be weekly check tests for everyone to monitor progress. You will be expected to be on campus for unit assessments and prelims. This course covers many different topics including calculus, circle theory, exponential functions and trigonometry. Method of Assessment • Internal assessment and external exam (undertaken on campus) • A satisfactory mark must be achieved in the prelim to be presented for the final exam Tutor support is available face to face and via teams and email.
