Course Content This course consists of two mandatory units: Communicate using customer service language and Follow the Rules to deliver customer service. Entry requirements

Entry Requirements No formal qualifications are required to undertake this work-based qualification. Candidates will be employed in a suitable post with access to duties in relation to customer service. This course can be started at any point in the academic year.
