Course description
This course is designed for anyone who enjoys the simplicity, diversity and flavours of Spanish cuisine. Over a period of 10 weeks, you will have the opportunity to cook a variety of dishes from various regions of Spain, including Andalusia, Catalonia and The Canary Islands. The course involves preparing a range of meat, fish and dessert dishes. Everyone will find something that will appeal to their own taste buds. During the course you will have a chance to enhance your knife skills, learn new and exciting preparation techniques and new tricks which will save a lot of time in your own kitchen. Rather than being 100% authentic there are a number of twists to the dishes to make them more modern, delicious and, more importantly, easy to prepare.
Each week your lecturer will hand out a recipe which will provide your list of ingredients you need to buy for the following week.
The course involves preparing a range of meat, fish and also dessert dishes, therefore each student should find something that they will enjoy.
