If you enjoyed the Introduction to Craft Baking class and want to develop your skills and expand your recipe book then this is the class for you. Learn to produce well loved nostalgic and modern cakes, pastries, artisan breads and signature bakes which you can make in your own home.
This brand new course is perfect for you if you are looking to improve your baking and learn tips of the trade from an expert.

Materials
All equipment is provided. You will need containers to take your food home in.
The ingredients are provided by the college and you can buy the products that you make on the night. The cost each week is usually between £1 - £4 (approx).
Dress code
- Appropriate clothing and footwear for the kitchen.
- Apron to protect your clothing.
- Tea towel for drying dishes.
