Course description

City of Glasgow College is an approved Highfield Learning Centre. The Qualify at Home package lets you study anywhere and, at a time that suits you. The package includes e-Learning, e-Assessment & a Remotely Invigilated Exam. To gain the regulated Highfield - Scottish Certificate for Personal Licence Holders SCQF Level 6 qualification you will be required to sit a remotely invigilated exam.

Anyone involved in the sale of alcohol in both on-sales and off-sales environments must complete the SCPLH at SCQF level 6 to apply for a licence. Highfield's Level 6 SCPLH e-learning course is designed for learners who wish to go on to achieve the Scottish Certificate for Personal Licence Holders (SCQF) qualification. Achieving the qualification enables the learner to apply for a personal licence to sell alcohol.
