Conflict Management + Mindset

Course description

This two-day course is designed for those who intend to operate in any environment where other staff / customers are present. Part of the course consists of working safely within this type of environment by ensuring you have the correct mindset, as well as deal with customers that may become unreasonable. This combination of courses would be suitable for people that strive to operate in any environment where other staff or customers are present. Tutor support is available through discussion and interaction throughout training but not for examination. There is an accredited certificate from Highfield for the successful completion of the Level 2 Conflict Management examination, and also an in-house certificate of attendance for completion of Mindset.
