Course description

This three-day course is designed for those who intend to work safely and deal with first aid emergencies, in an environment where customers have food prepared and served to them. Part of the course consists of operating safely and hygienically within this type of environment, as well as how to deal with customers in a professional manner. This combination of courses would be suitable for people that strive to operate within cafes, restaurants, etc. where customers are present. Tutor support is available through discussion and interaction throughout training. On successful completion of this course you will achieve certification for Level 2 Food Hygiene, Level 2 Infection Control and Level 2 Cleaning and Disinfection. Tutor support is available through discussion and interaction throughout training but not for examination. There are 3 online examinations for this course, and The Royal Environmental Health Institute of Scotland (REHIS) are the awarding body for all 3 of these certificates.
