Course description

This two-day course is designed for those who intend to operate in an environment where food is prepared, cooked, handled and served to customers. Part of the course consists of working safely within this type of environment which includes how to work safely as well as deal with customers that may become unreasonable. This combination of courses would be suitable for people that strive to operate in a healthy clean environment were food is stored, prepared, cooked and served to customers. Tutor support is available through discussion and interaction throughout training but not for examination.
