The nail course our Academy offers provides you with all the skills and knowledge you need to become a qualified Artificial Nail technician. The latest innovation in the world of professional nail enhancements, this treatment will leave your clients nails looking fabulous with natural results. These CPD accredited short courses are suitable for those who already hold a level 2 manicure qualification. The courses contain a mixture of theory and practical work, enabling students to competently perform professional Acrylic nails on clients and providing CPD points to add to their professional record. Training will be guided by industry professionals to help you accomplish the most from your learning experience. The course will cover Health, Safety and Hygiene Anatomy and physiology of the hand and arm Structure of the nail and the nail growth Contra-indications Common disorders of the hand and nails Consultation Nail preparation Product knowledge Finishing & perfecting techniques Nail Maintenance; Rebalancing, Repairs & Removal Demonstrations Students will carry out supervised treatments on clients Models will be provided for demo however if possible students are required to bring along a minimum of 2 models.
