Course description

This 1 day SQA certificated course (SCQF level 5) is designed to enable learners who wish to develop skills, knowledge and understanding of customer care. During the course candidates will consider how to identify customers, their needs and how these needs can be met. Procedures for dealing with dissatisfied customers are also considered. The practical nature of this Unit allows candidates to gain a real insight into customer care. This course is carried out over 1 day. The assessment is a written work book, which is completed during the course of the  training. Tutor support is available through discussion and interaction throughout training.
