SQA Certificate in Introduction to the Role of the Professional Taxi and Private Hire Driver. A-1 Technical Training, Logis-Tech (UK) are now running a course specifically for Taxi and Private Hire drivers within Glasgow City Council. It is delivered by elearning plus tutor support. The course is at your own time and at your own pace. No classroom training attendance at College or a training centre is required. However, the end of unit tests will be conducted at A-1 Technical Training, Logis-Tech (UK) SQA centre in Glasgow. Tests are available every day (09.00, 10.00, 11.00, 12.00, 14.00, 15.00 and 16.00pm) for candidates. The Certificate Introduction to the Role of the Professional Taxi and Private Hire Driver, is a course designed to support, develop and enhance both the knowledge and the performance of new and existing taxi and private hire drivers licensed within Glasgow. This course consists of 9 units.
