This qualification is suitable for anyone who is looking to gain employment in a Cafe, or working in any hospitality setting that requires professional barista trained staff. You will achieve a certificate in Coffee & Barista Skills with the HABC Level 2 Customer Service Qualification. This is a hands on practical 2 day programme which covers: - The principles of customer service - Confidence in greeting customers - Taking an order from a customer - Theory of Coffee: Types of beans, origins and process of farming to production - Styles of coffee from Flat White to Cappuccino - Hands on workshop in coffee machine operations - Milk masterclass & hand on practice - Health & safety of the coffee machine - Cleaning & maintenance - Different types of customers - growing loyal customers - Customer service charter - Complaint handling This course includes a multiple choice examination accredited by the Highfield Awarding Body for Compliance and a practical assessment to ensure the coffee machine can be used safely and independently.
