Legal Secretarial – Scots Law Through a series of self-paced modules, you’ll look at different documentation and terminology used in each of the key legal areas. This professional legal secretary training is most relevant for anyone looking to work in a legal office which deals in Scot Law. Module One: how law are made. Scottish Court structure, forms of communication legal document layout. Module two: Introduction to Criminal Law Module Three: Introduction to Wills Module Four: Introduction to Civil Litigation Module Five: Introduction to Family Law Module Six: Introduction to Conveyancing The course is designed to help you learn about different legal departments and the procedures legal terminology and documentation used in Scots Law.
