Hospitality - Housekeeping Skills

Course description

This package is suitable for those wishing to get into a role in housekeeping in hospitality or for those who are already working in the industry but who would like to progress by gaining formal qualifications. Tutor support is available by email and telephone. Candidates will learn the best practice for a hotel housekeeper, how to prepare a room to the highest standard while following health and safety guidance, and explore how to deal with requests and complaints. They will gain an awareness of first aid and disability, fire safety procedures, COSHH procedures and guest service, as well as how to look after their own wellbeing.
