Suitable for learners at all levels who are looking to secure a coaching role or progress their career by adopting coaching responsibilities. Also for those looking to develop their coaching knowledge and skills. Includes 3 units: • Understand good practice in coaching • Undertake coaching • Reflect on coaching skills The benefits include knowing what it takes to be an effective coach, understand the role of a coach and their responsibilities, learn a recognised coaching model, put new coaching skills into practice (min 6 hours of coaching required) and analyse results and performance.
