CSCS Training - Level 1 Award in Health and Safety in a Construction Environment (RQF) This qualification is designed for learners looking to work within the construction industry. It will give learners the knowledge to undertake their jobs safely. Successful learners will fulfil the requirements to apply for the CSCS Labourer's card. This course will be delivered via a 1 day classroom based session. Topics Covered: These include common hazards and risks in a construction environment, safe manual handling practices, working safely at height and working safely around plant and machinery. At the end of the day, attendees will be required to sit an examination of 40 multi choice questions with a pass mark of 32 correct answers. After successfully achieving the Level 1 Award in Health and Safety in a Construction Environment course you will then also need to pass the CITB Health, Safety and Environment Test to apply for your CSCS Green card. We will arrange this booking for our learners and they will have the flexibility to choose the date, time of their exam so it is convenient for themselves, normally between the hours of 10:00am and 17:00pm Monday to Friday at a location to suit the candidate. On successful completion of both the Level 1 Award and the CITB test, we will then arrange the application for the Green Labourer (CSCS Card)
