Course description

This is a 3 Day course that will be delivered using a blended learning approach. One of the three days, Day 1, will be delivered remotely using Microsoft Teams. Days 2 and 3 will be delivered face to face due to practical elements and assessments that cannot be delivered remotely. A blended learning approach can offer greater flexibility, take advantage of modern technology and help diversify the learning process. Clients will be supported by the Provider’s IT team ensuring they can gain access to the remote sessions. The IT team will also support the Trainers delivering the remote programmes to ensure the sessions run smoothly and that any technical issues that may arise, for staff or clients, are dealt with timeously avoiding disruption to delivery. Clients will be given clear instructions on the process to follow, should they experience any difficulties joining or remaining logged into a remote session. Trainers will be available to offer support, to those who require it, this could be in the form of utilising the chat box function or visiting a breakout room for one to one support. Clients will be offered regular breaks away from the screen, in line with Health & Safety guidelines.
