This qualification is aimed at those actively looking to secure their first supervisory role or those with management responsibilities but who have no formal training and would like to develop their skills to progress within the workplace. It is ideal for anyone who is an aspiring manager or leader of the future. Unemployed or those in employment would both be eligible. There are 3 topics covered during this qualification- 'Understanding Leadership' 'Understanding how to establish an effective team' 'Understanding organising and delegating in the workplace' Benefits to the individual ;- - Gain a range of key management skills -Build leadership capabilities to motivate and engage teams. -Learning is transferred directly into the work environment, immediately benefiting both employers and learners. This course is relevant to those seeking employment and those looking to progress within a workplace setting. The qualification is tutor lead and every learner is allocated tutor support as required throughout the duration of the programme (min 2 hours as required).
