Approved by RoSPA and CPD The Online Supervising Food Safety Level 3 is designed principally for those who are food handlers within any food industry who wish to progress to a supervisory role by gaining a formal certificate, or for those intending to work within the industry. It is also suitable for those who want to set up their own food business. Holders of this qualification will have knowledge and understanding of how to set up, implement and manage a food safety management system. Tutor support is available by email and telephone. GUIDED LEARNING HOURS Approximately 260 minutes are required for this course. FORM OF ASSESSMENT A short test concludes each module. A passmark of 70% for each module is required to successfully pass the course.
