Approved by CPD & Institute of Leadership and Management The Leadership Skills qualification is principally aimed at those wishing to work in a leadership role in any industry. This course will introduce delegates to some of the important techniques and theories of effective leadership skills. Candidates completing this course will receive an Institute of Leadership and Management Certificate. GUIDED LEARNING HOURS Approximately 90 minutes are required for this course. Tutor support is available by email and telephone. FORM OF ASSESSMENT A short test concludes each module. A passmark of 70% for each module is required to successfully pass the course.
