This qualification is appropriate to any delegate who is looking to move into their first formal team leadership role or those new to team leadership. It will provide opportunities to develop competency and knowledge in providing direction and motivation to achieve consistent team success. This Professional Development Award has been designed as a short stand-alone award containing two units, which enables learners to develop or enhance their managerial skills and achieve certification in a relatively short period of time. FORM OF ASSESSMENT Delegates will generate evidence which demonstrates they have achieved all Outcomes and Performance Criteria for the chosen units within this Professional Development Award. Entry requirements

No specific qualifications are required prior to training, but a job role in a leadership position is essential to generate the relevant evidence. During the course candidates will submit evidence to meet the criteria of the chosen units and remote observations will be carried out by the assessor.
