Course description

This package is suitable for those working in Family Visitor Attractions but who would like to progress by gaining formal qualifications. On successful completion of this training package, candidates will receive the following certificates: > Level 2 Food Safety in Catering (Endorsed by the Institute of Hospitality, RoSPA and CPD) > DG Training Emergency Paediatric First Aid > Highfield Level 2 Award in Customer Service The Level 2 Food Safety in Catering course will be completed online with tutor support available by telephone and email. Candidates must complete the online course before attending the classroom-based Highfield Level 2 Award in Customer Service and Emergency Paediatric First Aid courses.
