Control of Substances Hazardous to Health (COSHH)

Course description

This half-day course is designed for those who intend to operate in an environment that uses substances hazardous to health. It introduces candidates to substances, the risks and controls available and outlines what to expect from a control of substances hazardous to health (COSHH) assessment. This qualification will prepare individuals to contribute to the safer use of hazardous substances. Tutor support is available through discussion and interaction throughout training but not for examination. An online multiple choice examination has to be achieved to obtain the award.
