This package is suitable for those wishing to get into the Hospitality and Catering industry or for those who are already working in the industry but who would like to progress by gaining formal qualifications. The Level 2 Food Safety in Catering course will be completed online. Candidates must complete the online learning before attending the classroom-based SQA Scottish Certificate for Safe Sale and Service of Alcohol and REHIS Emergency First Aid Courses.
Entry requirements
Applicants must be physically able to carry out the practical elements of the First Aid course.
