Course description
This package is suitable for those wishing to get into the Hospitality and Catering industry or for those who are already working in the industry but who would like to progress by gaining formal qualifications. This will require two days classroom-based learning or can be done online. Tutor support will be provided by telephone or email for those who complete the learning online.
Entry requirements
There are no specific entry requirements however candidates must be aged 18 years or over and have photographic ID to apply for a Scottish Personal Licence.
