This package is suitable for those wishing to get into the Hospitality and Catering industry or for those who are already working in the industry but who would like to progress by gaining formal qualifications. Candidates who successfully complete this course will receive the following certificates: REHIS Scottish Certificate for Personal Licence Holders Level 2 Food Safety in Catering (Endorsed by the Institute of Hospitality, RoSPA and CPD) The Scottish Certificate for Personal Licence Holders course can be completed online with remote invigilation of the exam over Zoom or by attending a 1-day workshop. The Level 2 Food Safety in Catering course is completed online. Tutor support will be available throughout the course by telephone or email.
