Course description
This Online Introduction to Food Hygiene Package is designed principally for those working in the food production or catering industry who wish to progress by gaining a formal certificate, or for those intending to work within the industry. Holders of this qualification will have knowledge and understanding of their expected behaviour as responsible individuals within food safety procedures. Successful candidates will receive the REHIS Introduction to Food Hygiene certificate and RoSPA and CPD approved Certificates in Allergen Awareness and Introduction to HACCP Level 2.
