Note: This course is available online Length: Varied, SQA Codes: H3AL 04, H3AN 04, H3B2 04, SCQF Credit Points: 19 In this unit, you will learn how to use Remote Support software to connect to a second computer over the internet and resolve a technical fault. You will learn best practices in Fault Diagnosis as you attempt to find an appropriate remedy to the fault. In doing this you will also provide Technical Advice and Guidance to the customer along with organisational procedures. The learner will: * Understand IT Support * Provide IT Support The learner will complete this course with a certified SCQF 6 award. There is tutor support available for online learners who wish to seek further assistance with the course. Tutors are available through the learning portal and can also be contacted directly to assist and give feedback to learners against SQA criteria.
