Course description
The Tenancy Award is an award to develop skills, knowledge and understanding of rights and responsibilities as a tenant, health, safety and security in the home.
There are 33 option units including Budgeting, Cooking, Home Decorating and Health Issues. It takes up to a year to complete and is accredited by SQA (Scottish Qualifications Authority) at SCQF Level 3. Tenancy is made up of 5 units: 3 mandatory and 2 options. Mandatory units are:Rights and ResponsibilitiesSafety and SecurityHealth and Safety Awareness
