Course description

This course explains how managers coordinate business activity to boost productivity. We explore the role of Six Sigma principles in driving business development and project management. Good managers can shorten the project life cycle and provide competitive strategy analysis to increase their company’s market share. We establish the value of such skills and provide the management training you need to boost productivity and move upward.

Business managers are responsible for overseeing operations and assisting workers in maximising their levels of production. We begin this course by studying business management and identifying the role of business owners. We then examine business analysis and the role of the Six Sigma approach to project management.

The course then moves on to business development. We lay out the advantages and disadvantages of performing a ‘Strength, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats’ (SWOT) analysis. We provide an organisational view analysis of business processes and performance management, including performance, risk and cash management. The course establishes the benefits of tracking cash flow and investigating risk.

We explain the primary aspects of business management and provide practical ideas and structural foundations on which to build and continuously improve organisational practices. We lay out the legislation, principles and techniques relevant to business management and explain how to implement them in the workplace. Sign up for this business management training course to master Six Sigma principles and gain an edge over the competition.
