Course description

This full time qualification allows you to study business administration and marketing from home or at your local college centre.Designed for the modern work environment, the course will give you an excellent grounding in administration technologies, business and marketing approaches, whilst also incorporating important finance and customer service skills, crucial for all relevant career options.During your course, we introduce you to using a range of digital technologies, which will help you get the most from your course and at the same time develop your digital skills.  Find out more about key computing skills and essential student skills.Lecturers deliver classes live via an online virtual classroom, making the course content accessible from anywhere with an internet connection.Throughout the course, you will be assessed by means of a combination of individual practical tasks, group work, and open and closed book assessments. You may have to attend a college centre or other exam centre for some of these. Entry requirements

No formal qualifications are required. you should demonstrate an interest in this subject area you should demonstrate some ICT skills equivalent to SCQF level 5 This may be through the achievement of relevant qualifications, previous employment or voluntary experience. you will need basic computing skills to access your online classroom students should be at least 16 at the start of their course mature students are very welcomeWe'll be inviting applicants by email to attend course information sessions on the 10th or 15th August 2023. We urge you to come along if at all possible.
